We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects across the Midlands region.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution and completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor progress and performance, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Manage resources, subcontractors, and suppliers, optimizing project workflow.
Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, engineering standards, and company policies.
Lead and coordinate on-site activities, collaborating with engineers, architects, and stakeholders.
Identify and implement risk mitigation strategies to prevent delays or issues.
Drive Health & Safety best practices, ensuring a safe work environment.
Conduct regular client and internal meetings to maintain transparency and alignment.
Implement lean construction methodologies, with training provided as needed.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
5+ years of experience in a Project Manager role within the construction industry.
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Strong financial, commercial, and business acumen to drive project success.
Experience managing public contracts and residential developments is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of quality, health, and safety management systems.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet strict deadlines, and control costs.
Full Irish driving license is essential.
