Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and completion of projects within scope, timeline, and budget. The Junior Project Manager will assist senior project managers and cross-functional teams in coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, organizing, and managing project activities from initiation to completion Support the development of project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of tasks Monitor project progress and track milestones and deliverables Identify potential risks and escalate issues to senior management when necessary Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates Facilitate project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards Support continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, IT, or related field 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or related role Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project). Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) PMP, CAPM, or other project management certifications are a plus but not required
