JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with expertise in front-end technologies, including React, Angular, and WordPress, to lead our web development projects. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in front-end technologies, including React, Angular, and WordPress.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, responsive design, and UI/UX principles.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering successful projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with backend technologies and APIs (optional).
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP or similar) is a plus.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct project kick-off meetings, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions.
• Technical Leadership:
• Oversee and guide the development of front-end applications using React, Angular, and WordPress.
• Ensure coding standards, best practices, and technical documentation are followed.
• Review code and architecture to maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Client Communication:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Translate client needs into actionable tasks for the development team.
• Team Management:
• Mentor and support team members to enhance productivity and skill development.
• Monitor team performance and resolve any roadblocks.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Identify and mitigate risks during the project lifecycle.
