The role is accountable for the end-to-end management of projects — from initiation through execution and closure — ensuring delivery on scope, budget, and quality. The Project Manager will play a key role in enabling long-term growth for the Bank by fostering innovation, leveraging data and AI, and driving outcome-focused change. Key Responsibilities Lead overall delivery of projects (scope, budget, quality, and timelines) from initiation through execution and closure. Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Anticipate, capture, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; own mitigation plans and drive timely resolution. Develop and maintain comprehensive implementation plans in collaboration with stakeholders across business, technology, operations, and regulatory functions. Manage stakeholder expectations through structured governance, clear communication, and transparent reporting. Provide executive-level updates on milestones, dependencies, and overall status to senior leadership. Build and manage strong partnerships with stakeholders across Business Units, Operations, Technology, Product, Legal, Risk, and Compliance. Leverage data and AI to optimize project delivery, enhance decision-making, and improve outcomes. Drive re-engineering of processes and adoption of new technologies to improve efficiency and client experience. Champion outcome-focused delivery methodologies (Agile/Hybrid) to accelerate change. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and creative problem-solving. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in project management or a related discipline within banking, investments, or financial services. Proven expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Product Framework, or equivalent). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution. Ability to manage multiple priorities, perform under pressure, and adapt to evolving requirements. Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
