Whytematter Staffing Solutions are working on behalf of our client to recruit an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, high-value security contracts across large-scale tech facilities around the world. This is a key leadership role that requires excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage global timelines and expectations.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• PRINCE2 certification (Practitioner level or equivalent)
• Proven experience managing large-scale or international projects
• Strong understanding of contract and vendor management
• Experience in security, facilities management, or tech infrastructure projects is a plus
• Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to work across time zones
• Proficient in project management software (e.g. MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent)

• Lead the end-to-end project management of global security contracts
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk registers
• Manage budgets, resources, and reporting across multiple regions
• Ensure compliance with local and international standards and regulations
• Mitigate risk and adapt plans based on evolving project requirements
• Monitor KPIs and project milestones to ensure timely and high-quality execution
