Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Role Summary: The Project Manager (Wildlife & Environmental Compliance) will lead and oversee the execution of a national environmental inspection project in collaboration with the National Center for Wildlife (NCW). This role is critical to ensuring full compliance with environmental laws and regulations related to wildlife protection, while managing large-scale inspection operations across border points and wildlife markets in the Kingdom. The Project Manager will drive operational efficiency, lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the successful delivery of project objectives in alignment with environmental standards and regulatory frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the overall execution of the wildlife inspection project across multiple regions in the Kingdom. Oversee inspection activities at 14 border points and approximately 50,000 wildlife markets, ensuring compliance with environmental laws and implementing regulations. Coordinate with stakeholders, including NCW and relevant authorities, to ensure alignment with national environmental objectives. Supervise and support Regional Managers, inspectors, and administrative teams to ensure efficient operations. Ensure the deployment, training, and performance of qualified wildlife inspectors across all locations. Monitor project performance, KPIs, and compliance metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders. Oversee resource allocation including offices, vehicles, technology, and inspection equipment. Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards throughout all project activities. Manage risks, resolve escalations, and ensure continuity of operations across all inspection sites. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (BSc) and above, preferably in Environmental Science, Biology, Ecology, or a related field. Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role. Proven experience in managing large-scale operations, preferably in environmental, inspection, or regulatory projects.
