National Franchise Property Restoration Company is expanding and looking for energetic, self-motivated employees to join our team.
WINMAR Property Restoration Specialists provides emergency and reconstruction services to homes, businesses, industrial and institutional properties after they have been damaged by fire, water, sewage, mould, asbestos, biohazards, vehicle impacts, etc.
You will be required to respond to emergencies on a 24 hour on call basis on a rotation schedule.
Experience in project management is essential. Truck and phone to be provided.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

Able to interact, and effectively communicate.
Proficiency in the use of common computer software packages.
Knowledge of building construction, materials and methods and codes.
Knowledge of the laws and ordinances regulating building construction.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Project Manager in the Restoration or Construction industries.
Any Certification with the IICRC is an asset.

Initial customer contact within 30 minutes of and first customer visit within 24 hours.
Dispatch emergency crews.
Establish scope and standards of construction.
Establishment of job priority based on general guidelines.
Inspects buildings to determine work needed to maintain buildings to code and desired standards.
Ensure all company protocol is followed.
