Business Analysis qualifications (such as IIBA or CBAP), Agile certifications or Design Thinking training are desirable. Proven experience gathering, analysing and documenting business and system requirements, including process maps and functional specifications. Experience supporting technology implementations and process improvements, including test scenario development and UAT coordination. Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders to efficiently define and validate requirements. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate cross-functionally. Awareness and curiosity towards AI and automation in business, with a forward-thinking mindset and genuine interest in how AI and automation are changing the way professional services firms work. Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes. Why Clayton Utz?
