YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will support our clients in the business and organizational transformation journey, actively becoming a trusted advisor in project management matters for both clients and EY colleagues.
• You will provide consultation and recommendations based on client’s requirement and develop relationships with team members across all EY practices to serve client needs.
• You will work with various teams to ensure that client’s requirement, budget and milestones for projects are met.
• You will be advising our clients within the context of transformation projects in banking sector. This involves a business-oriented and holistic perspective with innovative approaches.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct project management activities for banks, insurance companies and other financial institutions on optimizing and restructuring processes, digital solutions, and transformation processes.
• Collaborating with colleagues from various departments within the global EY network, taking responsibility for project progress, and providing professional leadership to team members.
• Communicating with clients and managing clients’ expectations;
• Generating new business potentials, ideas for products, services, and processes through customer-centric prototyping and creating product visions in finance sector.
• Utilizing a range of methods from project management to Design Thinking and Lean Startup.

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with emphasis on banking.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, especially in financial institute-related projects.
• Proven experience in participating finance processes within financial institution environment, ensuring compliance with banking regulatory standards.
• Analytical mindset, allowing you to deeply understand topics and implement successful transformation strategies.
• Strong team and customer orientation, willingness to learn, high engagement in responsible tasks, and a holistic view of the overall picture.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
