SITE / PROJECT MANAGER QS - SITE BASED

We’re looking for a driven professional with both site management and quantity surveying expertise. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take responsibility for overseeing live projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Based primarily office based with frequent visits to site, you’ll play a key part in both the operational and commercial success of our projects.

· Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with health & safety and industry standards.
· Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain smooth delivery.
· Prepare and manage cost plans, valuations, and financial reports for projects.
· Monitor budgets, variations, and cash flow to maximise commercial performance.
· Carry out site inspections and ensure certification and compliance documentation is in place.
· Provide accurate measurements and valuations to support applications for payment.
· Take ownership of commercial negotiations, final accounts, and project handovers.
