The post holder should be able to demonstrate good communication skills and be pro-active and motivated to lead others whilst also working to varied senior managers and clinical leads, sometimes with competing priorities. Key Result Areas - To proactively manage and lead projects of work aligned with the strategic objectives of the Trust and division. In achieving this, the post holder will be guided in most situations by Trust objectives, policies and procedures, and wider national requirements but will need to be able to interpret, apply and implement these locally and to align with the change being implemented. -To develop and performance manage project plans with clear outcomes / benefits identified and all links and dependencies established.
Skills: - Highly developed interpersonal, communication, negotiating and influencing skills demonstrated through experience of working in complex and demanding environments, including the ability to persuade senior clinicians (or equivalent), and managers to adopt new ways of working. - Ability to organise and plan a highly complex range of multi-faceted activities with a significant number of links and inter-dependencies
