Construction Project Manager – Historic Restoration Worcester Eisenbrandt (WEI), a leading historic restoration construction company, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to join our team. This role requires a strong background in construction project management, excellent leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of construction practices. This is a full-time position (not remote or hybrid) offering competitive pay commensurate with experience and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k). Job Responsibilities Oversee the entire construction project lifecycle, including planning, execution, Site Supervision, and completion. Develop project procedures based on a thorough review of specifications, schedules, and labor requirements. Prepare project cost estimates, including labor and material take-offs, to establish project budgets. Assemble work schedules and production reports based on the scope of work. Manage overall project costing and budgeting. Prepare and administer project schedules. Prepare, process, and manage project submittals and close-out documentation. Confer with and direct supervisory personnel and subcontractors to plan and execute work procedures, interpret specifications, and coordinate construction phases to prevent delays. Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to ensure projects progress according to plan. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, contract documents, and company standards. Monitor quality of work and enforce safety regulations on job sites. Identify and resolve project-related issues and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or a related field preferred but not required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management. Strong knowledge of construction methods, building materials, architectural drawings, specifications, and information processes. Excellent leadership, organizational, and team management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects of varying sizes. Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel between job sites and the office. Ability to pass state and federal background checks for access to secure job sites.
