Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role: This role bridges project management discipline with modern AI-driven efficiencies. The ClickUp Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects across teams, building and optimizing ClickUp workspaces, and leveraging AI to streamline processes, boost productivity, and unlock new insights for the organization. Duties and Responsibilities: ClickUp Management & Optimization Own the configuration, customization, and ongoing optimization of ClickUp workspaces, dashboards, and reporting. Standardize processes and templates to ensure consistent execution across teams. Train and support staff on best practices for using ClickUp. Project & Workflow Management Drive project planning, execution, and delivery within ClickUp. Monitor progress, dependencies, and resource allocation, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met. Act as the central hub for cross-functional communication, aligning stakeholders around project goals. AI Integration & Automation Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools and automations into ClickUp and related workflows (e.g., task creation, reporting, content generation, predictive analytics). Build, test, and maintain automations that reduce manual effort and increase efficiency. Stay current on emerging AI solutions and advise leadership on their potential applications within project management. Reporting & Insights Leverage ClickUp’s reporting tools (and AI-assisted analytics) to track KPIs, team productivity, and project outcomes. Provide actionable insights to leadership for process improvements and decision-making. Must-have Skills / Qualification: 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment is required. ClickUp expertise is highly advantageous but not strictly required but has the willingness to learn ClickUp and, as long as candidates have task management experience with platforms like Asana, Notion, or Trello. Experience in any industry will be considered, but preference will be given to those with experience in e-commerce, pet, or consulting firms. Demonstrated AI fluency, including knowledge of prompt engineering, workflow automation, and productivity AI tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and no-code/low-code automation platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.) a strong plus. PMP, Agile/Scrum, or ClickUp certifications are a bonus.
