QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
  • Experience as a Project Manager
  • Experience with risk and opportunity management / risk assessment
  • Experience with supply chain processes and related systems
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

QUALIFICATIONS WE PREFER

  • Experience with production location moves
  • Experience with manufacturing processes and related systems
  • Experience with data collection, analysis, and governance
  • Experience implementing systems across multi-functional teams
  • Previous experience in Quality Engineering or Supply Chain
  • Practical experience with commercial and aerospace / defense regulations and standards or a commercial equivalent - i.e., AS9100, AS9102, ISO-9000, AS9145
  • Experience in aerospace/ defense product and process oversight including requirements, build, integration, test, and delivery
  • Raytheon CORE certification or similar industry standard (Six Sigma, etc.)

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Continuously improve work transfer processes and tools
  • Provide project management and team leadership in order to successfully execute work transfers
  • Analyze requests for supplier work transfers
  • Frequent communication to internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and management levels
  • Understanding and mitigating key risks and timing constraints related to work transfer projects
  • Work closely with internal team members to ensure the work transfer requirements are met
  • Apply the CORE tools and methodology to increase efficiency and maturity
