Job Description Role: Project Manager – Workplace Computing & Scrum Delivery Location: Remote-USA Type: Contract Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong domain expertise in Workplace Computing (WPC) and hands-on experience in Scrum delivery methodologies. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional technology initiatives focused on end-user computing, device management, collaboration tools, and IT support enhancements. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, agile delivery leadership, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for workplace computing initiatives (e.g., device refresh, collaboration tool rollout, endpoint security upgrades, VDI implementation). • Lead Agile/Scrum teams, ensuring proper ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives are in place and effective. • Coordinate with product owners, scrum masters, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define and track project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies with effective mitigation and communication strategies. • Ensure alignment with IT strategy, architecture, compliance, and governance standards. • Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of Project Management experience, with at least 2–3 years in Workplace Computing or End-User Technology domains. • Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum-based delivery (certified Scrum Master is a plus). • Strong knowledge of workplace computing technologies: Windows/Mac OS, M365, SCCM/Intune, VDI, device lifecycle management, collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom), etc. • Experience working in enterprise IT environments with cross-functional teams and vendors. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
