ABOUT THE JOB

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our New Zealand team.
Do you have proven experience delivering projects in the heavy industrial sector? We are looking for an experienced and results oriented Project Manager to join our multi-discipline Christchurch team and work on a variety of large construction projects throughout the South Island. You will be responsible for the delivery of construction and maintenance activities and be instrumental in ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. If you’re a natural leader with a passion for excellence in project management, safety and quality and you’re able to travel across our project locations - this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee on-site construction activities and coordinate day-to-day operations.
  • Interpret and ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and regulations.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to drive construction progress.
  • Monitor project milestones and report on performance, risks, costs and productivity.
  • Ensure all health, safety, and environmental regulations are strictly followed.
  • Troubleshoot engineering and construction challenges as they arise.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to project documentation and reporting.
  • Work with overseas suppliers to plan, define interfaces, and manage detailed installation of complex electrically driven mechanical equipment.
