Description
Our Mission At xdof, we're at an inflection point. Frontier labs are racing to build general-purpose robots, and high-quality training data is the bottleneck. We're building the foundation behind the foundation models – the data collection systems, operational capability, exabyte-scale data warehouse, and software toolchain – to help our partners drive the field forward. What You'll Do End-to-End Project Delivery: Own the full lifecycle of data collection projects — from requirements alignment and solution design through final delivery. Ensure data annotation projects meet client requirements on accuracy and SLA, while satisfying internal cost targets. Collection & Annotation Solution Design: Develop a deep understanding of clients' robot model training needs and commercial terms, translating ambiguous requirements into concrete data collection and annotation specifications. Global Team Coordination: Coordinate teams across China, the US, and Southeast Asia — including data collection, hardware/software engineering, algorithm, and internal/external annotation teams — to drive delivery outcomes. Proactively surface blockers and issues in collection or annotation workflows, and mobilize resources to resolve them. Project Progress & Quality Control: Monitor progress and accuracy across all stages in real time; establish multi-tiered spot-check mechanisms to ensure delivery quality. Who You Are Background: 2–5 years of project management experience; background in AI data services, autonomous driving, or data BPO is a plus. Problem Solving: Strong learning agility and structured thinking — able to quickly identify the crux of complex robotics collection/annotation problems and drive to solutions. Cross-Functional Coordination: Able to serve as the central hub connecting product, engineering, data, operations, and overseas annotation teams. Exceptional communicator and coordinator who can mobilize resources across the organization and keep projects moving efficiently across time zones and languages. International Readiness: Fluent in written and spoken English; comfortable with international travel and potential long-term overseas assignment. Startup Mindset: Thrives in — and genuinely enjoys — fast-moving, ambiguously defined early-stage environments. What We Offer Our workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are. With scalable benefits, rewards, and perks, our total rewards programs reflect our commitment to inclusivity and access for all. Some things you’ll enjoy Market competitive compensation Stock grant opportunities dependent on your role, employment status and location Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics Startup culture prioritising speed, transparency, and minimal bureaucracy
