MUST HAVE SKILLS

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in IT transformation projects in large companies.
  • Knowledge of project management methods, processes and tools (e.g. PMBOK, PRINCE2, …).
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Good understanding or IT concepts related to DevOps and CI/CD.
  • Experience in working with Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure in stressful situations.
  • Sound knowledge of English.

Responsibilities
  • Agree on objectives with management and stakeholders, ensuring project effort and cost estimation, and creating a comprehensive project plan.
  • Develop a roadmap for the migration of the CI/CD toolchain, aligning with the organization’s strategic objectives, plan and manage the project, including setting milestones, deadlines.
  • Lead a team of stakeholders, including IT leadership, engineers, and release managers, to ensure successful project delivery, and facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication, gathering feedback and driving consensus on project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership to bridge business and IT needs, providing tactical support to align organizational capabilities with project requirements, and monitor interdependencies to ensure seamless communication between core IT streams and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, by monitoring and managing all risks related to the project, and respecting enterprise rules and standards, including Compliance, Permanent Control, and Operational Risk.
  • Develop and manage project strategies, define tasks and deliverables, and conduct quality assessments, risk analysis, and management reporting, and design and monitor project and quality plans, ensuring activities stay on track and providing stakeholders with regular, accurate progress reports.
