Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Develop, maintain, and adjust construction schedules, ensuring milestones and critical paths are met.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of site staff, subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure efficient and safe execution.
  • Monitor daily progress and ensure full compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, engineers, and internal teams regarding progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Prepare and process change orders, ensuring timely documentation, cost tracking, and approvals.
  • Manage RFI ensuring clarity, timely resolution, and accurate documentation.
  • Submit monthly progress estimates, assist with invoicing, and support financial tracking of the project.
  • Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively to avoid delays and maintain productivity.
  • Conduct site inspections, coordinate third-party testing, and ensure work aligns with project drawings and specifications.
  • Maintain accurate project records including daily reports, safety logs, material deliveries, and incident reports.
  • Support project close-out activities, including deficiency tracking, final inspections, turnover packages, and warranty documentation.
