Job Description Overall Project leader for Bosch Home Comfort Time to Market Projects Be representative of project team at the project steering committee Manage the whole project process and the project’s escalation and problem solving Lead the project team to achieve project KPI targets Project documents configuration management Interface with internal and external stakeholders and move the project forward Proactively lead project problem solving process for unexpected situations and scenarios Coordinate and organize project meetings, milestone reviews etc. Actively seeking for opportunities of improvement for project processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above, majored in engineering. Master’s preferred. Responsibilities

The Project Manager will serve as the overall project leader for Bosch Home Comfort Time to Market Projects, representing the project team at steering committees and managing the entire project process, including escalation and problem-solving. This role involves leading the team to achieve KPI targets, managing project documentation, interfacing with stakeholders, and proactively leading problem-solving for unexpected situations.
