REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum 5+ years of project/programme management experience.
· Strong background in hospitality operations, preferably within hotels, F&B, or customer experience delivery.
· Proven ability to take early-stage transformation ideas through to funded programmes.
· Familiarity with Hospitality/Hotel technology ecosystem, including platforms like PMS, POS, Digital/Commercial and mobile/web guest interfaces.
· Exceptional communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders across commercial, operations, IT, and finance.
· Strong leadership in agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
· Experience in working with cross-functional UK and international teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, IT, or related field.
· Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum) preferred.
· Exposure to large-scale technology and operational change programmes.
Experience in multi-site hospitality businesses (e.g. hotels, QSRs, leisure chains).

Responsibilities

· Opportunity Identification & Mobilization
o Partner with business and operational leaders to identify transformation opportunities across hospitality, operations, and technology.
o Assess viability, alignment to business goals, and strategic impact of new ideas.
o Facilitate discovery workshops and early business case development.
· Project Planning & Commercial Approval
o Rapidly develop initial project charters, timelines, and high-level delivery roadmaps.
o Lead cost-benefit analysis and support commercial approvals in alignment with transformation governance.
o Ensure risk, impact, and stakeholder assessments are in place for early decisions.
· Team Mobilization & Delivery Kick-off
o Build and align cross-functional teams to kick off approved initiatives.
o Establish delivery governance, cadence, reporting structures, and KPIs.
o Lead early-stage execution (typically 6–12 weeks) to prove concept viability or reach MVP where required.
· Handover to Delivery PM
o Prepare robust handover packs with all required artefacts for transition to long-term Project Manager.
o Ensure continuity and quality assurance in documentation and stakeholder engagement.
