This position requires working closely with Program Managers and the PMO to guarantee timely, within-budget, and high-quality outcomes in a dynamic, global setting. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of the entire project lifecycle from initiation through to closure Ensure delivery is aligned with the defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards Oversee stakeholder engagement, risk management, and project governance Manage resource planning, demand, and capacity effectively Monitor progress against the plan and proactively address risks and issues Maintain compliance through effective change management, reporting, and governance Lead client communications, status updates, and project meetings Collaborate closely with the PMO, solution teams, and global stakeholders Drive delivery excellence and foster continuous improvement 🔹 Key Requirements 12 to 18 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in core project management Demonstrated expertise in US Healthcare, preferably in Payer or Insurance domains PMP certification or an equivalent qualification Proven experience managing large and complex projects Strong understanding of SDLC and project governance frameworks Excellent skills in stakeholder management and leadership Effective risk management and problem-solving capabilities Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Willingness to work US shift hours (evening or night) 🔹 Ideal Candidate Profile Background in a consulting or transformation-focused environment Possesses a strong ownership mindset with practical execution skills Able to influence stakeholders clearly and confidently Proactive thinker with excellent planning abilities and foresight Comfortable managing global teams and navigating ambiguity Dependable, disciplined, and focused on successful delivery Must Have Skills US healthcare Project Management Project Delivery Good to Have Skills Project Lifecycle Management
