Description

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Assistant Manager, Project Marketing to help us boost ERA’s sales & marketing efforts in Singapore.
As a Project Marketing AM, you will be responsible for strategizing, developing and implementing ERA’s Sales strategies in the new projects space. Working closely with developers to build ERA’s brand affinity through various communication touchpoints and platforms. You will report to the Head of Project Marketing and should possess relevant experience in sales & marketing, stakeholder management and pitching projects marketing leads.
You will provide integral support in the project launches and programme initiatives rolled out to the consumer market. This role will require close collaboration with our Social Media Team, the Creative team and other functional business units, to amplify both PR and Marketing Communications efforts, to achieve top-of-mind brand recall amongst consumers and a more robust share of voice amongst media partners.
A versatile and proactive professional responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations, providing support across administrative and logistical functions, while managing relationships with agents, developers, and clients. This role requires a hands-on approach to organizing events, handling critical tasks, and delivering outstanding service across multiple domains.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise and work with property developers to strategise and develop marketing strategies for new housing projects
  • Collaborate with our inhouse marketing team to produce marketing collateral, including EDMs, digital marketing and social media content. Both for the public and for our sales community
  • Ensure smooth execution of marketing events, liaising with both developers and agency leaders to ensure a win-win outcome
  • Plan for and provide operational support, including administrative and logistical functions.
