You’ll have the unique opportunity to work closely with both our Sales and Marketing teams, creating strong alignment and impact across the business. This is a diverse, hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of the full scope of marketing—meaning no two days are the same. From digital campaigns to brand strategy, you’ll be involved in it all. You’ll also build valuable relationships within the industry, engaging directly with builders and attending key events that keep you connected to market trends and opportunities.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Analyse market research, data and competitor activity to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvements
  • Monitor product performance and conduct regular reviews to identify improvement opportunities
  • Enable best practice end-to-end marketing campaign planning, management and execution through development and improvement of processes
  • Drive our development calendar to aid capability uplift across the Marketing community and recognise opportunities for people development
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key external agencies, ensuring performance is aligned with business prioritie

You’re an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in campaign development, execution, and driving strategic outcomes. Your ability to lead initiatives, collaborate with key stakeholders, and deliver marketing activity that supports brand growth and quality enquiry generation will see you thrive in this role. You will have also demonstrated the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Public Relations
  • Demonstrated experience in Marketing roles and successfully implemented improvement initiatives and efficiencies across marketing processes
  • Exceptional digital marketing and copywriting skills, with the ability to translate technical content into clear, engaging messaging for broader audiences
  • Analytical expertise to drive data-driven decisions and a change mindset to challenge the status qu
