ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Project & Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team. The role is centred on project management and stakeholder engagement — taking responsibility for end-to-end delivery of workshop fit outs, from initial scoping through to successful client handover.
You’ll be the link between clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget. While the role is project-focused, you’ll also have the opportunity to support mechanical design initiatives alongside the engineering design team.
This position is best suited to an engineer with 2–4 years’ experience, though strong graduates with outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills will also be considered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage workshop fit out projects from concept to completion
  • Coordinate timelines, budgets, suppliers, and subcontractors across multiple sites (including interstate)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders
  • Develop and document scopes of work based on client needs and site inspections
  • Prepare quotes, budgets, and cost tracking for accurate and timely delivery
  • Conduct site visits to oversee installations and ensure compliance with specifications
  • Provide clear communication and updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
