THE ROLE

You’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the Projects office, supporting a team of project managers, planners, engineers, and coordinators. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee all administrative functions for the Projects Division
  • Support the team in planning and executing project schedules and documentation
  • Line manage a small support team, including workload delegation and performance reviews
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare reports and minutes, and follow up on action points
  • Monitor and maintain office systems, procedures, and supplies
  • Support with internal communications and information flow between departments
  • Ensure all H&S, quality, and compliance documentation is accurately maintained
  • Liaise with clients and subcontractors where required, maintaining professional relationships

  • Use internal systems (including CRM, job management tools, Excel, etc.) to ensure accurate data handling
