Help the project manager with administrative duties and processes Schedule meetings and keep minutes Break down the project into doable tasks and estimate the duration Assist with planning, from start to finish of the project Prepare and distribute project materials Implement policies and procedures Prepare and maintain project budgets, including labor, materials, equipment and services Perform cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project Provide detailed progress reports to project managers and stakeholders Using CAD or other design software to create detailed MEP system plans and diagrams Requirements Bachelor's degree in building, engineering 3-4 years experience A minimum of 3 years of industry knowledge may be strongly desired Advanced knowledge of drafting software including AutoCAD Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time Knowledge of construction costs and time frames Benefits Industry Standard
