CENTRE FOR HOLISTIC TEACHING AND LEARNING (CHTL) L&T enhancement Project Officer (25260632) The Centre is seeking a proactive and dedicated Assistant Project Officer to support a range of teaching and larning initiatives. Responsibilities: * Providing support to various T&L projects across the Centre, from planning to implementation; * Monitoring and reporting on the progress of multiple project activities; * Collecting data related to project outcomes; * Conducting literature reviews for projects; * Organising and analysing data to support evidence-based decision-making; * Preparing reports, presentations and documentation as required; and  * Performing relevant administrative duties and other tasks as assigned. Requirements: * A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, preferably in Education, Educational Technology, Social Sciences, and Psychology, with some research experience; * At least three year of post-qualification work experience in project management or supporting project teams, preferably in an educational or related environment; * Openness to explore and learn new research topics and methods; * Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills; * Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with data analysis tools is an asset; * Ability to work collaboratively and proactively in a team environment; and * A good command of English and Chinese. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test. The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of one year. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement.  Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
