Organizational Context and Scope Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission (CoM), the direct supervision of the Project Development and Reporting officer and in coordination with the Head of Governance and Data Unit and in close coordination with programmatic teams in IOM Cambodia, as well as Regional Data Hub (Regional Data Hub Coordinator) in Bangkok and relevant Headquarters (HQ) departments, the Project Officer (Data and Research) will support the coordination and further development of data collection within the mission, produce data analysis and research outputs, and assist government counterparts in strengthening their capacities in data collection and analysis on migration issues. The data collection and analysis eforts will support the governance and policy work of the mission and inform evidence-based engagement with external stakeholders.
