Specifically, the role is required to:

  • Work collaboratively with external training provider/s and facilitators.

  • Coordinate scheduling of the L&D program modules including room bookings, IT set-up, preparing participant and facilitator materials and other activities to support the efficient delivery of training sessions
  • Monitor training records including participant attendance and satisfaction rates and produce reports and/or analysis to present progress and success of the program.
  • Support the ongoing maintenance and refresh of learning content to ensure continuous improvement, including maintaining an online platform to ensure accessibility for scheduling and accessing materials for VSBA staff.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the monthly VSBA orientation sessions, and other events as needed.
