Your opportunity 12 Month Contract – Part Time – Monday- Thursday As a Project Officer – Home Care, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact projects that strengthen how we support older people to live well at home. Working across Villages, Housing and Home Care, you’ll collaborate with passionate stakeholders to implement change, improve processes and support major initiatives such as Support at Home. You’ll be part of a mission-driven organisation where your work has real purpose and visible impact. With integrity and resilience, you will: Partner with key stakeholders to support the integration of home care services into Villages and Housing Support operational process improvements with a strong home care focus Champion change management activities to embed home care into village operations Contribute to building a one-team culture aligned with Anglicare’s strategy, vision and mission Support cross-functional teams through the transition to Support at Home Assist with the implementation of program initiatives aligned to growth and transformation objectives Undertake a range of project coordination tasks to ensure timely delivery of outcomes Prepare and maintain project reporting on deliverables, risks, issues, variations and performance Work collaboratively with internal teams to solve problems and drive continuous improvement About you You are a proactive and organised professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys seeing projects through from planning to delivery. You are confident working independently, use initiative, and take pride in producing high-quality work. You will also bring: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field At least 2 years’ experience in the aged care sector or equivalent Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving skills Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure Experience in project coordination, business development or similar roles (desirable) Why Anglicare?
