Employee Contract Type: Local - Fixed Term Employee (Fixed Term) Job Description: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Field Implementation & Technical Support Assist the Project Manager in executing project activities according to the Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP). Provide daily technical instructions and inputs to partner medical teams to ensure quality primary and trauma care. Monitor the timely and adequate supply of essential health and hygiene commodities to project township(s). Monitoring and Data Collection Use and assist in developing data collection tool for field use. Conduct regular monitoring visits to project sites jointly with partner organization(s). Collect and verify data from implementation partners to ensure accurate reporting. Coordination & Administration Maintain close coordination with partner field focal persons. Support the Project Manager in organizing capacity-building trainings and hosting donor field visits. Assist in tracking field-level expenditures and maintaining accurate records. Risk Management Actively participate for identifying and mitigating risks that may impact project implementation. Carry out or engage task with good judgement and responsibly. Perform additional duties and assignments proactively By actively participating with manager in producing a relevant and jointly agreed development plan The plan will identify key areas which will assist in personal and professional development consistent with World Vision’s strategic goals By demonstrating an understanding of and commitment to World Vision’s Core Values in the approach to work and relationships KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND EXPERIENCE M.B., B.S, B.N. Sc or Diploma in nursing, B. Comm. H is required Training in PHC (Primary Health Care), RMNCAH, and Nutrition is preferred. At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within essential health service projects. Experience working in fragile conditions or humanitarian settings is a plus. Experience working with vulnerable populations Good in English is preferred Experience working in fragile situation Regular field visit to targeted area Good knowledge of International HEA Standards such as CHS Able to work under pressure to deadlines and prioritize work effectively Computer skill (MS Word, Excel) both in English and Myanmar Applicant Types Accepted: Local Applicants Only Our vision for every child, life in all its fullness.
