Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

The purpose of this role is to work within the Registrar of Community Housing’s New Business and Reform team. The role is project-based and will assist in the implementation of a suite of reforms. The role will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects as a result of the introduction of the Community Housing Providers (Adoption of the National Law) Bill 2025.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As part of the New Business and Reform team, you will be responsible for the ongoing management of the newly introduced NSW Register of Affordable Housing Dwellings.
You’ll lead on the implementation of the NSW Register of Affordable Housing Dwellings design and input of high-volume data into the register.
Working under the Principal Compliance Officer, you will be managing communications with key stakeholders in collecting and using data for the purposes of the affordable housing register of dwellings.
This role will involve working on and handling multiple projects at a time, with the first project requiring you to audit and register 10,000 affordable housing entries.
