The project is on development of plant-based meat under the Protein4Sg (TUMCreate) program. In this sub project, we are developing unique textures for plant-based meat using 3D printing technology.
We are looking for a Project Officer to support the research fellow currently leading this project. He/she will assist in optimizing the 3D printing parameters, characterization of the printed product as well as formulations. Assisting in report writing, presentations and slides preparation is also part of the job. Hands-on experience in any of these techniques : 3D printing, food/texture characterization and/or food formulations particularly plant based meat is essential.
