SCHOOL OF CHINESE MEDICINE CLINICAL DIVISION Project Officer (26270011) We are inviting applications for the position of Project Officer to support divisional events and academic forums. The appointee will play a key role in the publicity, organisation, and execution of a series of major academic forums, as well as in digital outreach and stakeholder engagement initiatives. Responsibilities: * Plan and implement promotional strategies for seminars, forums, and related events; * Draft press releases, promotional materials, and marketing content across multiple platforms; * Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube); * Maintain and regularly update website content, including event pages, announcements, and multimedia resources; * Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on publicity materials, publications, and event logistics; * Review and verify promotional videos and materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with institutional guidelines; * Provide full-spectrum event support, including pre-event preparation, on-site coordination, and post-event reporting; * Assist in participant recruitment and enhance public engagement for project activities; * Support the production and dissemination of forum recordings, highlight videos, and expert interview content; and * Perform ad hoc duties and undertake special projects as assigned by the Division. Requirements: * A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Event Management, or related disciplines; * At least two years of relevant experience in event coordination, communications, marketing, or administrative support; * Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English; proficiency in Cantonese is essential; * Demonstrated experience in social media management and website content updating; * Strong writing and editing skills; * Good organisational, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities; * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively under tight deadlines; and * Experience in event support, publicity work, media production, or liaison with external stakeholders will be an advantage. The appointee will be required to work on weekends and/or public holidays as necessary. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Appointment will be made on a fixed-term basis aligned with the project timeline, ending on 31 January 2028.
