Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

Manage and implement a range of projects, in line with the directorate’s responsibilities, which improve AHO service delivery or operations and contribute to better outcomes for Aboriginal people including individuals, families, groups and communities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Compliance: Analyse data from Ngamuru, generate comprehensive reports, liaise with stakeholders to gather necessary information, and assist with managing compliance within the sector.
  • Project coordination: Take a lead role in designing, implementing, and coordinating projects within the Sector Governance and Analysis team. Drive project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of outcomes that meet the evolving needs of the AHO and ACHPs.
  • Research and analysis: Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to inform the development of key projects and process improvements organization-wide. Apply project management methodologies to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Stakeholder management: Actively manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders through open communication and regular feedback. Collaborate effectively with team members to foster mutual development and provide constructive feedback on project work.
  • Documentation and reporting: Prepare a range of documents for the AHO and ACHPs, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will uphold the integrity of project deliverables and support informed decision-making.
