Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

You will support the Service Desk team to deliver a seamless user experience, resolving videoconferencing issues for Justice Agencies and external stakeholders. You’ll also contribute to projects and continuous service improvements for clients and the AV, Strategy and Business Links team.

Key Responsibilites:

  • Build strong client relationships and resolve complex service issues
  • Improve tools, processes and documentation to enhance user support
  • Coach and support team members to deliver consistent outcomes
  • Contribute to projects, reports and service improvements
