Description

You know that quality matters and that delivering results requires a great team.       In this role, you'll:   You would be responsible for providing a range of project coordination and support services, including managing schedules, coordinating resources, maintaining project documentation and implementing and monitoring project plans, to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope, in line with established agency project management methodology.   You would be supporting the team in managing the program scheduling and running the governance meetings. Preparing complex correspondence, briefing notes and reports in relation to specific projects, initiatives and issues ensuring that submissions are accurate, timely and have appropriate signoffs.   You would be communicating with key stakeholders and coordinating working groups, committees and consultations to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion in line with project plans.   For more information on this position and business unit, view the role description and information pack.       About you You possess project coordination skills and experience ideally in a complex technical delivery environment.   You are experienced in building project plans, presentations, financial trackers and reports using a range of tools including Power BI, PowerPoint & Excel.   You have experience facilitating meetings and assisting with program scheduling.   You have excellent organisational skills with demonstrated experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with proven capacity to prioritise competing demands, achieve business goals within tight deadlines, perform and always work with a customer focused approach.   You possess a growth mindset and are committed to continuous learning and personal development.   You are analytical and have a proven capacity to develop creative and innovative solutions in order to improve productivity and effectiveness for stakeholders.   You are someone who is able to engage with stakeholders across functions and levels.       Who we are   Transport for NSW provides a safe, integrated, and efficient transport system.
