  • Base Salary $ 103,185 (HEO6) pro rata + 17% superannuation

  • a tertiary qualifications or equivalent working experience
  • proven project management support experience in a complex environment
  • experience in or knowledge of the University systems and policies
  • a basic understanding of the research landscape and research data protocols
  • experience reporting on financial and project data
  • demonstrated problem solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions
  • an enthusiastic team player with a passion for the environment

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • work in a cohesive and collaborative team reporting into the Research Project Director
  • perform project management support activities and assist in mapping key project activities and resources required for the project using software like Notion
  • monitor project activity, deliverables, finances and milestones, proactively identifying any issues or deviations and implementing necessary adjustments to keep the project on track
  • keep up to date with industry events and opportunities to share research work in collaboration with the media team
  • build and maintain relationships with relevant internal University and external stakeholders, including managing regular stakeholder meetings and following up on project-related action items
  • help the team navigate University policy and process and provide governance support, ensuring the team is adhering to University and Research Data policies and procedure
