Employee Contract Type: Local - Fixed Term Employee (Fixed Term) Job Description: The Project Officer will be responsible for the field operations and team management under the Project Manager. The PO will ensure that MNCH activities are implemented per the DIP and KOICA regulations. They support and supervise field facilitators in the field offices to meet all indicators that are agreed with the donor. They will also engage with key partners such as BHW, Health personnel, and other stakeholders. Specific responsibilities are as follows: 1. Lead the field operations in each field offices including implementation and encouraging teamwork in the field. 2. Under the supervision of the Project Manager, support overall project leadership and management in the field team while ensuring compliance with KOICA requirements and regulations, Government of the Philippines protocols and World Vision policies and procedures. 3. Liaise with partners, local government institutions, civil society organizations and other stakeholders to coordinate activities and facilitate monitoring and reporting of project objectives and achievements and oversee the overall activities in the field. 4. Support to produce the annual work-plans. monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports, final project reports, and project activity updates and other project-related communication and reporting materials in accordance with the KOICA deadlines and guidelines. 5. Supervise facilitators based on their roles and responsibilities. Lead each field team. In-charge of conducting day-to-day activities effecting appropriate accountancy and budget, with aim to ensure appropriate use of resources.
