We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Project Operations Manager to oversee, optimize, and standardize all project management activities across our diverse subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will be the strategic link between senior management and our project teams in the field, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional who can bring a cohesive structure to a multi-faceted business.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in a project management role, with a proven history of successfully managing multiple, large-scale projects. Experience in the Swimming Pools, construction, landscaping, or related industries is highly desirable.
Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
UAE Valid Driving License
Arabic and English proficiency

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Ensure timely project execution and delivery across all divisions, strictly adhering to established project timelines and milestones.
Manage project budgets and costs to ensure all projects are completed within financial parameters, maximizing profitability and preventing losses.
Secure timely approvals from consultants and stakeholders to prevent project delays and maintain a smooth workflow.
Implement a robust risk management framework to proactively identify potential delays, budget overruns, and other issues that could impact project profitability.
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Project Managers, providing them with the tools and oversight necessary to execute projects efficiently.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
Oversee and improve operational processes for a project’s full lifecycle, from procurement and material sourcing to on-site execution and final handover.
Conduct regular site visits and performance audits to ensure quality standards and safety regulations are consistently met.
Provide regular, data-driven reports to senior management on project progress, financial performance, and key operational metrics.
