VirtueStaff is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-forward Project Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of national furniture repair and installation projects for our client. This role acts as the central hub for B2B operations, bridging the gap between our clients, internal technicians, and financial systems. You will be responsible for interpreting technical requirements from blueprints, managing complex schedules/travel, and maintaining project budgets within QuickBooks Online. The ideal candidate has a background in civil engineering, design, or construction and thrives in a dynamic, high-comprehension environment. Responsibilities Manage project progression, technician dispatch, and travel arrangements; ensure a balanced schedule across national project bookings Help technicians define their scope of work, outline deliverables, and identify key points of contact Blueprint & Niche Communication: Review and interpret blueprints; confidently navigate niche industry terminology when communicating with clients and staff Handle project expenses, assignments, and budget tracking within QuickBooks Online Serve as the primary point of communication for clients, managing timelines and expectations to ensure high satisfaction System Management: Utilize Monday.com, Slack, and Google Drive to maintain project transparency and efficiency. Previous experience in a B2B company within the Construction, Design, or Civil Engineering industries. Experience specifically in furniture manufacturing or restoration for the hospitality sector is a significant plus Proven ability to read blueprints and understand complex project site plans Advanced experience with Monday.com, QuickBooks Online (QBO), Google Drive, and Slack Strong ability to manage timelines, oversee dynamic project shifts, and influence outcomes through direct client communication A "tech-forward" mindset with a willingness to integrate AI tools to improve workflows Background: Experience working for a mid-sized USA-based company is required Work From Home Performance Bonus
