JOB SUMMARY:

Staffing Coordinators are responsible for maintaining an efficient schedule for next week and beyond. This role is divided into two key areas: planning and daily operations.

  • Planning involves calibrating the scheduling program to ensure it is optimized for coverage requirements and business rules. This includes maintaining an active and healthy top-grading process, filling all gaps in the master schedule, and ensuring new hires are assigned to the schedule corresponding to the requisition they were hired against.
  • Daily operations focus on managing the working schedule to address near-term coverage issues resulting from day-to-day changes, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Professional experience in scheduling or related areas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar scheduling and database systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with teams.
  • Adaptability and responsiveness to changing operational needs.
