Job Title: Project & Operations Supervisor
Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: 2–4 years (UAE experience preferred)
License: UAE Driving License preferred

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a hands-on Project & Operations Supervisor to coordinate site activities, manage labour, and support day-to-day project operations. The role requires someone with strong site supervision skills, the ability to handle workers effectively, and ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Certificate in Engineering, Construction, or related technical field
• 2–4 years of experience in site supervision or operations (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong leadership and workforce management skills.
• Knowledge of UAE HSE requirements and technical service standards.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Driving license (preferred).
