Valley Pacific Mechanical is a fast-scaling, Indigenous-owned mechanical contractor specializing in HVAC/R, plumbing, sheet metal, and gas fitting. We’re delivering high-profile projects across the Lower Mainland — from luxury homes to large commercial retrofits and Indigenous community energy upgrades.
We’ve grown 3x in the past 3 months and are on track to 5x this year (and again next year). With growth comes opportunity — and this is a career-defining role for someone who wants to step into leadership and help shape how mechanical contracting is done.
The Role: Project Operations Supervisor
This isn’t just project coordination — this is a hybrid role where you’ll lead projects forward, support the field, and be a key bridge between operations, service, and project management.

YOU WILL:

• Stay ahead of install teams by ensuring labour, materials, and scope readiness
• Support the Field Supervisor in scheduling, execution, and problem-solving
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously across HVAC/R, sheet metal, plumbing, and gas fitting
• Manage subcontractors and supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery and quality
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and scope compliance
• Conduct site visits for quality, safety, and client updates
• Support estimating and proposal development for new work
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with clients, consultants, and trades

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in sheet metal with broad knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• 5+ years experience in construction or service operations (supervisor, foreman, project coordinator, or PM experience an asset)
• Ability to lead, organize, and drive accountability across multiple crews and projects
• Skilled communicator who can manage stakeholders with confidence
• Organized problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment
• Red Seal (Sheet Metal Worker or HVAC/R) preferred, but equivalent industry experience will be considered

Compensation & Perks

• Salary Range: $95,000 – $115,000/year (depending on experience)
