SOWS, CHANGE ORDERS & ESTIMATES

• Lead the creation and negotiation of Statements of Work (SOWs) and Change Orders.
• Define scope, deliverables, and project success criteria.
• Estimate resources, timelines, and budgets with internal teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in client-facing project roles.
• Familiarity with software development or digital product life cycles.
• Proven success managing scope, budget, and delivery timelines.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Experience with project tools (Jira, Trello, etc.)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Design, Dev, QA).
• For U.S. candidates, Spanish proficiency is a plus.

As a Project Owner, you’ll play a key role in aligning business objectives with technical execution. You’ll be the main bridge between clients and cross-functional teams, responsible for defining the project vision, managing budgets, backlogs, and ensuring each milestone leads to a successful product delivery.
This is a strategic client-facing role that requires outstanding communication skills, critical thinking, and a deep understanding of agile project management.
