Our programmes are growing in scale and complexity, and we’re looking for a Project Performance Analyst who can turn large, complex programme data into meaningful insight, lift visibility, and give leaders the confidence to make fast, accurate decisions. If you’re someone who doesn’t just report numbers but actually understands what they mean, this role is where your input genuinely matters. What the role is You’ll sit at the centre of performance, forecasting and programme visibility across: The Annual Works Programme Customer Initiated Works (3rd party) Corrective and defects work You’ll help Aurora get a much clearer picture of what work is happening, when it’s happening, and how well it’s tracking. You’ll create easy‑to‑understand reports for managers and the Board, and play a key role in lifting how the whole organisation measures and delivers performance. This isn’t a traditional analyst role, it’s broader, more impactful and far more influential. What you’ll be doing: Analyse programme phasing, sequencing, constraints and performance Sharpen forecasting accuracy across CAPEX and OPEX Identify risks, bottlenecks and gaps early Build dashboards that people actually use Turn large datasets into clear, practical decision‑making information Work across SAP, Maximo, Sentient and Power BI Strengthen the connection between planning, delivery and reporting Who we’re looking for You’ll likely come from a project, portfolio, commercial, financial or PMO environment within utilities, infrastructure, construction, or another asset‑heavy setting. You understand CAPEX and OPEX and know what good forecasting looks like.
