Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

As a Project PI (Product introduction) Manager you lead several Warranty projects & SLA’s for Onboard customers. This means interacting internally and with the end customer on a daily basis.
No two days are the same, but day-to-day, you’ll represent the PI function within the project core team and in customer interactions, leading activities to meet contractual obligations and service level agreements
You’ll specifically take care of securing resource allocation, material, planning hours and costs, and effectively manage risks and opportunities. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and you’ll excel in working with internal and external stakeholders, lead and plan customer interactions and follow-up meetings.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Lead Project Core Team in executing Product Introduction activities from project initiation.
  • Implement and communicate PI processes, ensuring resources are skilled and available.
  • Manage Project Warranty Work Package and achieve contractual Reliability targets.
  • Capture and analyse field data during start-up, design, and manufacturing phases.
  • Timely delivery of PI-related deliverables, adhering to contract and PI standards.
  • Develop commissioning and warranty period strategy, including customer infrastructure agreement.
  • Implement incident management for Non-Conformity Reports and ensure closure of Open Items.
  • Supervise project-specific PI staff and coordinate internal/external audits.
  • Adhere to Alstom Zero Deviation Plan and Customer EHS requirements on Customer Sites.
  • Identify additional Services sales opportunities during the warranty period.

  • Degree in engineering and/or an industrial background
  • Strong prior experience in Project execution (technical or industrial) and team management
  • Familiarity with multi-platform product knowledge, field experience, customer contact, contract management, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) knowledge/exposure
