Their expertise ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with contractual obligations — safeguarding both client satisfaction and company profitability. Role Overview: Due to continued growth, we are looking to integrate a Project Planner to support our growing team in Amsterdam. It includes attending and contributing to project meetings, presenting key information and updates, and preparing detailed construction programmes and monthly performance reports for senior management. The position requires accurately forecasting project timelines and labour resources, as well as developing methods to improve planning and control of these elements. Additionally, it involves influencing programme decisions through clear presentation of schedules, working closely with project teams to resolve issues and accelerate progress, and analysing planned versus actual performance using tools such as S-curves to identify improvements. The role also provides ongoing support to site and delivery teams by highlighting challenges and proposing effective solutions.
