Responsible for cost management, procurement, valuations, contract administration and planning, the team works closely with project managers, quantity surveyors, and clients to monitor budgets, mitigate risk, and maximise value throughout the project lifecycle. Their expertise ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with contractual obligations — safeguarding both client satisfaction and company profitability. Role Overview: Due to continued growth, we are looking to integrate a Project Planner to support our growing team in Amsterdam. Job Title | Project Planner Location | Amsterdam Hours | Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm Salary | Competitive Depending on Experience Responsible to | Planning Lead What You'll be Doing This role involves overseeing project planning from the design stage through to construction, while continuously monitoring progress and coordinating updates as needed. It includes attending and contributing to project meetings, presenting key information and updates, and preparing detailed construction programmes and monthly performance reports for senior management. The position requires accurately forecasting project timelines and labour resources, as well as developing methods to improve planning and control of these elements. Additionally, it involves influencing programme decisions through clear presentation of schedules, working closely with project teams to resolve issues and accelerate progress, and analysing planned versus actual performance using tools such as S-curves to identify improvements. The role also provides ongoing support to site and delivery teams by highlighting challenges and proposing effective solutions.
