Responsibilities

We’re on the lookout for a sharp and organised Project Planner to join our Engineering team in Heidelberg West. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and has a knack for keeping complex projects on track.
You’ll be the go-to person for managing documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that every moving part of our engineering projects runs smoothly—from initial planning through to final delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Draft and refine project scopes, timelines, and contract variations
  • Handle queries and resolve issues related to project delivery and stakeholder impact
  • Maintain accurate records and manage all project-related documentation
  • Work closely with engineers, architects, contractors, and clients to align expectations and outcomes
  • Support senior leadership by flagging key issues and executing decisions
  • Monitor contractor performance and report on deviations from agreed work plans
  • Prepare internal reports and external submissions that reflect project progress and compliance
  • Analyse project data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate office space planning and relocation when required
